Return and Refund Policy for Chocolate X by KSR Cube Private Limited

At KSR Cube Private Limited, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. However, due to the specialized nature of our aphrodisiac chocolates, we have established a strict return and refund policy that must be adhered to by all customers.

  1. General Return Policy:
  • No returns will be accepted for products that are opened, partially used, or not in their original condition.
  • Only unopened and untampered products, in their original packaging, may be returned within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition without any signs of damage or tampering.
  • Products with expiration dates shorter than 3 months from the date of purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Products purchased via special offers or discounts are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
  1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery:
    • If your order is not delivered within 30 business days due to failure on the part of KSR Cube Private Limited or our courier partners, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed after an investigation into the cause of non-delivery.
  • Undeliverable Location:
    • If the shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you, and you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Damaged or Contaminated Products:
    • If the product arrives in a damaged, spoiled, or contaminated state, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will provide a free replacement or offer a full refund, provided the issue is verified by our team.
    • The product must be returned to us for inspection, or sufficient photographic evidence must be provided.
  • Incorrect Products:
    • If an incorrect product is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or offer a refund.
  1. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer Preference:
    • No refunds will be entertained if the customer changes their mind, does not like the product after delivery, or claims the product does not meet personal expectations.
  • Incorrect Information:
    • No refunds will be given if the delivery fails due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Recipient Unavailability:
    • If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery and the order is returned to us, any subsequent redelivery will be at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be offered.
  • Product Tampering:
    • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used in any manner after delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Force Majeure:
    • No refunds will be processed for delays or delivery issues caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider for further assistance, as it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
