- Delivery Timeframe:
- We strive to deliver within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Governmental regulations
- Any force majeure events, such as civil disturbances, strikes, or natural disasters
- Orders will be booked for a minimum of third business day delivery.
- Customer's Responsibility: When placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details, including:
- Full Name of the recipient
- Complete address including:
- Flat/Bungalow number
- Building/Apartment name
- Road/Street name
- City, State, and Pin Code
- Contact number (landline or mobile)
- A recognizable landmark to assist in locating the delivery address
- A valid email address for communication
- Failed Delivery Attempts:
- KSR Cube Private Limited will attempt to deliver your order once. If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons, additional shipping charges will apply for any re-delivery attempts:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
- Unavailability of the recipient at the provided address
- Refusal to accept the order
- Delivery made to a third party as per the customer’s instructions
- Incorrect contact information making it impossible for our delivery partner to reach you
- In case of a force majeure event, re-delivery will be arranged as per our discretion and the situation.
- Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number (if available) will be emailed to the email address provided during the order placement.
- We encourage customers to track their orders and notify us immediately if there are any concerns or delays.
- Insurance and Liability:
- Orders shipped by KSR Cube Private Limited are not insured. Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery. Any claims regarding damages or missing items must be made at the time of delivery.
- Delays in Shipping:
- In cases of product unavailability or delays in processing, certain orders may take up to 10-15 business days to ship. Customers will be notified via email or mobile if there is an issue with processing their order on time.
- Event-Specific Orders:
- For orders intended for specific events or festivals, where timely delivery is critical, we recommend placing your order at least 15 days in advance to avoid any delays. For urgent delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.
- Serviceable Areas:
- At present, we ship our products only within India, to select cities. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you via email.
- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges vary based on the value of the order and any promotional offers in effect at the time of your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout, prior to confirming your order.
- Right to Modify or Cancel:
- KSR Cube Private Limited reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel orders at any time, particularly in cases of incorrectly priced items or where we believe the order may pose a risk to our business, suppliers, or partners.
